Jessica Mitchell
NP, Medical Director, Owner
Jessica, Edit’s Medical Director and co-owner, specializes in aesthetics and wellness. Her career began as an RN working with cancer patients, and after finishing her nurse practitioner degree, she shifted to aesthetics, family medicine, and urgent care, which she’s been practicing for over 9 years. Jessica continues to grow and advance her skills and knowledge by continuously attending courses and trainings. She loves using a multimodality approach to helping her clients look and feel their best.
When Jessica isn’t working, she spends most of her time with her handsome husband, three vibrant daughters, and loyal Goldendoodle. She loves glamping, going to comedy shows, and reading.
Veronica Malloy
Medical Master Esthetician, Owner
As one of Edit’s founders, Veronica has built her career around a deep love for skin health and overall wellness. Veronica’s journey has been inspired by the many women who have supported her passion for helping others look and feel their best. She is committed to creating an environment where every client feels special from the moment they walk through the door.
Veronica emphasizes the importance of health from the inside out, drawing on her 14 years of experience as a professional bodybuilder—a testament to her dedication and discipline.
Emily Hansen
NP, Owner
Emily, a nurse practitioner, University of Utah graduate, and 1/3 of our founding trio, has an extensive background in critical care, urgent care, and aesthetic services. Since 2019, she has specialized in comprehensive, natural aesthetics that ensure beautiful results as well as medical weight loss and coaching to help clients become the most empowered version of themselves.
Outside of medicine and aesthetic services, Emily loves hiking, skiing, reading, traveling and cooking with her daughters, dog, and husband.
Mei Li Wilson
Master Esthetician
Mei Li, a graduate of the Skin Science Institute of Laser & Esthetics, is dedicated to helping others feel amazing in their own skin. She is passionate about chemical peels, dermaplaning, and relaxing facial experiences that are tailored to each client’s needs and leave them feeling refreshed and confident.
When she’s not at work, Mei Li adores spending time with her two cats, family, and friends Mei Li also had the privilege of serving an LDS mission in Los Angeles. In her downtime, you’ll often find her enjoying a good crime drama or relaxing with loved ones.
Kim Vriens
RN, BSN
Known for her exceptional attention to detail, Kim merges artistry with precision to create stunning, natural results. She views each client through a whole-person lens, taking the time to understand their unique goals and providing expert guidance to enhance their natural beauty while addressing overall anti-aging and health-related concerns. Certified in neurotoxin and dermal fillers since 2015, Kim prioritizes the latest innovation and injection techniques, and in 2026, will graduate with a nurse practitioner degree.
Led by her motto, ‘Aging is optional,’ Kim empowers clients with the autonomy to take control of their journey, offering customized solutions that help them look and feel their absolute best.
What else is Kim up to when she’s not injecting? She’s an abstract artist and ICU nurse. She loves anything outdoors from snowboarding to rock climbing and everything in between.
